Project at Great Olympics influenced me to sign for them–James Akaminko


Accra Great Olympics midfielder, James Akaminko, says the project the Dade club presented to him influenced his decision to sign for them.

The Wonder club announced the signing of the former Ashantigold midfielder on Monday, February 15, 2021, on a free transfer after he parted ways with the Miners at the end of his contract.

The 25-year-old believes the style of play of the club suits him and will serve it wholeheartedly.

“I love the style of play of Olympics because its suit my way of playing as a midfielder. That’s one reason I decided to don the Blue and White jersey,” he told Sikka FM.

“There’s a fantastic project at the club and as a player, I feel it is the right place to play at the moment.

“I want to give my all to help the team achieve its set targets and goals, and I am here to help and ever ready to serve the team wholeheartedly.”
