A not-for-profit organization called Guinness Care helps vulnerable adults with learning disabilities reach their full potential in a supported living setting while also taking care of their essential needs. We need YOU because our Support Workers are the lifeblood of our organization.

A Care and Support Worker is needed for rota-based night shifts from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

The ideal candidate will be compassionate and kind, dedicated to improving the lives of our clients, and have a fantastic sense of humour!

Your responsibilities will include supporting our customers through the night, providing personal care such as toileting, washing, dressing, administering medication, assisting them with their morning routines and making breakfast. You will be providing high-quality, person-centred care.

• The hourly rate is £11.70, or £12.28 if you have a Level 2 NVQ, QCF, or RQF in Health and Social Care.
